Steps Real Estate Qatar is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

The Real Estate Leasing Agent will be responsible for:

1. Assisting clients in all aspects of the leasing process, including advising clients on suitable properties, answering client inquiries, and arranging property viewings.

2. Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Managing and updating property listings on multiple platforms, including online and print media.

4. Preparing and presenting contracts to clients with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies.

5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate news to ensure a high level of industry knowledge and expertise.


Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker.

2. Strong English communication skills. 

3. Familiar with the real estate market in Qatar, and a strong understanding of industry practices, regulations, and requirements.

4. Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.

5. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.

6. Qatari Driving License.
